Getting Out of Dodge

Can it possibly be over two month since last writing??
Then again it feels like two decades.
Well gang, we are out of the house and into the RV. It's been a done deal since the end of September, probably the reason we haven't written. But there has also been so many things in development in the way of the new website being developed, the book coming out with a new cover and all that on Jan 1st, a trip to New York to participate in Amy Rachelle's teachers training to help people go through an amazing program of transformation including a physical cleanse. How will we possibly have time to do it all? Who knows....thank goodness we're not doing any of it really.
Is it just me or does anyone else feel as if they've been thrown into a rushing river and have absolutely no choice but to just go with the flow?
I'll be posting more often, with pictures, until my new website gets set up and then it'll all get put on there, including video blogs. At least that is the vision, and, since it's already begun, we're trusting that it is actually happening. It's happening so quickly I just have to check in at times and make sure it is actually happening. Are we dreaming or are we awake?
Or, are we both.
:-)
Last Friday night I was having a hard time getting to sleep, which is not a normal thing. Tossing, turning, wondering if ithere was something that was wanting to come through in the way of a song, or writing,,,,,so,,,,,meditated,,,,,then my friend Andy called from London (you may remember him as Mum). He had just returned from a three week retreat with Gabriel Cousens in Israel and we shared a quite wonderful two and a half hour satsang. During which I kept saying how I am getting this message to Get Out of Dodge. Just go. Now. Leave.
We hung up at around 2am and I was finally able to get some sleep. I awoke about two hours later to the shouts of "fire". Did I mention we were at the RV park in Malibu? Well, the anxiousness in the body finally made some sense.
It wasn't until about three hours later, when the sun had come up, and the flames were coming over the hill that we finally decided to leave. They still hadn't officially evacuated the RV park, but most of the people had left by then, and the get out of dodge message was making more sense by the minute.
One of the interesting little sidenotes has to do with my daughter, Ariel, who is sixteen and is on this adventure with me. She has always marched to a different drum and when she ordered medical supplies off of the internet lately it was just one more, 'what in the world is that for?' kind of things.
But, as the smoke filled the Rv park area and people began to cough and hold their shirts over their faces, Ariel ran out and distributed the box of surgical face masks that had come with her medical supply shipment. I call her Ariel the Amazing. Since her birth, that girl never ceases to amaze me.
Sooo......after getting help from someone in hooking our tow car on the back of the RV (it was only the second time I had done it) we drove past the burning hill, the firetrucks on pch, along with many people standing by thier cars, surgical face masks covering their faces, and bid LA farewell. It's been a good run, seven years of illumination, beautiful friendships, and lots of growth, but, all good things must come to an end. To make room for the next step. The next stage......
Oh, and the next day mum sent an email saying that

was some message indeed
the adventure continues....
and maybe
just begins....
